Our Shipping Policy: We ship our products exclusively as a download over the internet. Our products are available for you to download from our web page up to 5 times for a period of 30 days after your order has been processed and confirmed.

Accessing Your Products: Products you have purchased are available to you through your account. To access your products, log into your account, go to My Order History, click on the product you purchased. You will then be presented with a link to download the plans. This page also shows you time remaining to download the plans and the quantity of downloads remaining.

Return Policy: Refunds will be made on a specific case by case basis. In particular, refunds can be made for individuals unable to download the products from our site. Refunds will not be made for any other reason.
